Tim is a Director based in our London office and is an experienced RICS Registered Valuer.

Having worked in the property industry for over 30 years, in the UK and across Europe, Tim has built up considerable experience in advising both local authorities and private sector clients from small local businesses through to large blue-chip corporates. 

Tim’s experience covers all the main types of commercial property located across the UK, in addition to high value residential property situated in London and the South East. 

Tim has expert knowledge in valuing properties for the following purposes:

  • Acquisition/disposal
  • Loan/secured lending
  • Financial reporting
  • Flotation and take-over
  • Taxation
  • Probate
  • Internal decision making

Loan security/secured lending

Clients have included numerous UK and European clearing banks, building societies and a variety of private banks. Valuations have been provided for loan security, refinancing and development funding across a range of property types.


Valuations of between £350k to over £100m on prime and super prime London residential flats and houses for Capital Gains Tax (CGT), Inheritance Tax (IHT), Annual Tax on an Enveloped Dwelling (ATED), and Grant of Probate.

Accounts Valuation

Valuations are RICS Red Book, UKGAAP and IFRS compliant in the preparation of financial statements, year-end accounts and audits, many for local authority clients.


Valuations for the acquisition and sale of property forming part of a due diligence process. Advising accountants, executors and receivers with property rationalisation.


Providing professional consultancy advice to various private clients and family trusts on how to extract maximum value from their real estate holdings together with strategies on how values could be improved over the short, medium and long term.
