Our journey to WSP

GL Hearn was first established in 1923 as a private practice in London Bridge, and has grown to one of the UK’s leading real estate consultancies.

Most recently, in 2022, WSP UK acquired GL Hearn and, as part of WSP in the UK, we have become an integral part of a successful, global organisation, forming one of the UK’s largest multi-disciplinary property, infrastructure and environmental consultancies and strengthening vital advisory solution services for clients.

Under new ownership, we have continued to drive our business forward, creating exciting opportunities for clients and colleagues alike and strengthening our reputation due to the talent and commitment of our people.

Having celebrated our centenary in 2023, by combining GL Hearn’s 100 year track-record with WSP’s future ready credentials we are able to deliver a truly dynamic and best-in-class real estate solution for our clients.

We are WSP GL Hearn.
