Krista Fieldhouse

Krista is a Business Rates Director based in our London office, primarily dealing with properties in London and the South East. Krista specialises in providing advice to clients with large town centre retail premises.

Prior to joining GL Hearn, Krista was a Partner at Gerald Eve. Over a career of more than thirty years she has built an in-depth understanding of retail and restaurant properties on the high street and out of town, specialising across both large and smaller units. In recent years she worked closely with the Debenhams’ leadership team in coordinating the strategy to reduce their business rates burden by many millions of pounds.

A highly experienced MRICS surveyor, Krista specialises in the negotiation and conclusion of appeals. She is a committee member of the Rating Surveyors’ Association and has spoken several times at the National Rating Day, the largest annual gathering of rating practitioners.
