GL Hearn is pleased to announce the successful acquisition of 27,000 sq. ft of office space over two floors at 21 Lombard Street, for its client Brooks Macdonald Group plc.
Brooks Macdonald, an award-winning investment management firm, was looking to consolidate their London-based teams in a new office that could provide an improved experience for clients and a better workplace environment from one central location.
GL Hearn advised on the consolidation strategy, undertook the search, located the building and successfully negotiated the six-year lease.
